Shiloh is a moneylender. Alongside Meatloaf, he is responsible for the initial debt of the Frontera family.
In the events of Knight of Blood and Iron, he and Meatloaf are beheaded by Javier Asrahan after being caught attempting to sell the corpses of Arcos and Marbella Frontera.
Appearance[]
Shiloh is a tall, pale man with short brown hair, a thick black mustache, and stubble lining his jaw. He has prominent wrinkles on his forehead, an aquiline nose, and an angled jaw along with somewhat hollow cheeks. His expression rests in a deep frown, contributing to a generally languid appearance further exacerbated by his heavily lidded eyes.
Personality[]
Shiloh is a greedy, selfish man that cares little for the wellbeing of others. He is often seen crossing his arms and being generally disrespectful with his demeanor, such as sitting impolitely on tables and raising his voice while berating others. His inhumane desire for money is most clearly shown in Knight of Blood and Iron, as after driving the baron and baroness to suicide with his exorbitant interest rates, he attempted to desecrate their graves and sell their bodies for more money.
Beneath his unfounded confidence and inflated sense of self worth, Shiloh is ultimately a coward only capable of punching down. He was easily flustered by Lloyd Frontera's accusation of trespassing and was terrified by the threat of punishment, shouting that "[they]'ll regret this" while swiftly running away.[1] He was left similarly unable to speak after Lloyd was able to fully repay their debts, accepting the payment without protest and again retreating out of fear.[2]
