Frontera County is a human territorial led by the Frontera family. Formerly a barony, the land received an elevation in Episode 66 following its monumental feats of initiative and engineering.
It is located within the Lorasia continent, under the jurisdiction of Empress Alicia Termina Magentano, and has been charged with the development and renovation of the Eastern region.
Geography[]
The Frontera County has a seasonal climate with adequate rainfall and fertile land. It is located near a mountain range and contains many grassy hills. Running through the region's main residential area is the River Prona.
Infrastructure[]
The Frontera County is at the forefront of the empire's advancements in civil engineering due to the unparalleled technical knowledge of their lord, Lloyd Frontera.
Many of the county's residential homes are fitted with ondol flooring under his instruction. Fuel for this and other heating systems is produced by the Black Coal Mine located at the base of a nearby mountain. Citizens may also live in the Honeypot Apartments, a form of condensed residential housing with the dual purpose of impenetrable defense once the main gates of the building are closed.
Food for the citizens is primarily acquired through agriculture, namely the crops produced from both the Maritz Wetlands and the Frontera Estate Terrace Farms. The waste produced by citizens is transported through an underground sewage canal to a sludge treatment facility, where it is incinerated by Solitas once per day. This waste was previously disposed of in the River Prona.
Culture & Economy[]
Due to a continued lack of strong leadership and change, the Frontera County (previously Barony) was a rather simple, yet peaceful land for many generations. Citizens were focused on simply getting by and did not have the luxury of improving their quality of life through the pursuit of education, art, or other similarly nonessential fields.
Following the influence of Lloyd Frontera, the land has achieved an unprecedented level of prosperity and continues to advance. Citizens live in much safer and more comfortable conditions due to improvements in infrastructure. The cultivation of new farmland, housing, and resource acquisition has allowed the county to comfortably support a much larger number of people as well as provide numerous jobs in farming and construction.
The citizens of the county enjoy relatively happy and peaceful lives free of threats or worries for their safety. They have a friendly, supportive community that does not hesitate to band together or help those in need. This is due much in part to the charisma and strong leadership of the county's lord, Lloyd, who has earned the citizen's utmost respect through repeatedly monumental feats that have led to an exponential increase in their quality of life.
